Stalco served as general contractor for the interior fit-out of the new Monkey Sports store at the Airport Plaza Mall in Farmingdale, NY. The Swedish retail brand specializes in hockey, lacrosse, baseball, and other athletic gear.

Serving as Construction Manager, Stalco renovated and expanded the retail, rental, and service departments of the Holtsville location of the 100-year-old H.O. Penn Caterpillar dealership. The renovated space is located on the first floor of the company’s 42,000-sq. ft., two-story building. Stalco accelerated the project’s construction schedule to limit disruptions to H.O. Penn’s operations. For example, the service department was completely renovated during one weekend.
