| The Pavilion at Tanner Park in Copiague was the first municipal building in the Town of Babylon built according to LEED specifications. Stalco served as general contractor for this ground-up project, which received the LEED Silver rating. |

| The 7,000-square foot, two-building complex encompasses the 5,000-s.f., Cape Code-style main pavilion and the 2,000-s.f. pool house. The one-story main pavilion houses a snack bar, surf shop, and bathrooms. Stalco utilized numerous locally sourced and recycled construction materials and installed photovoltaic roof panels that supply a significant portion of the facility’s energy needs. The team also sorted out and recycled all leftover construction materials. |

| The pavilion features a slab on grade foundation, split-face block masonry bearing walls and wood trusses, and pitched roof with asphalt shingles and a custom-built copula. The pool house structure houses pumps and other equipment for the pool and children’s spray park. The spray park features a cutting-edge water recirculation technology. |
