Architect: In-house Size: 11,000 s.f. Cost: $1.3 million Stalco purchased its 11,000-square foot headquarters building in 2007. The firm’s in-house architecture, interior design, and engineering team designed the new facility. Stalco’s construction group performed the $1.3-million exterior renovation and complete interior fit-out of the office and warehouse sections. The interiors feature a striking lobby, a conference room, executive and administrative offices, and support facilities.
