Cost: $200,000 Stalco built a new Quiznos Sub restaurant within an existing retail center. The project encompassed selective demolition and a complete interior and MEP build-out. The restaurant houses a dining area, kitchen, condiment and cash register stations, serving counter, two bathrooms, and storage area. The interiors feature custom patterned linoleum flooring, painted drywall with applied laminate graphics, suspended acoustical ceilings, recessed luminescent lighting fixtures, and neon lighting accents. Stalco installed an exterior signage, franchise-provided millwork cabinetry and furnishings, new rooftop HVAC unit, all ductwork and climate controls, new plumbing, a walk-in refrigerator, new delivery access door, and all kitchen equipment. The team pre-purchased all materials and equipment, which allowed Stalco to complete the project in only four weeks, a half of the original two-month schedule. © 2011 Stalco Construction, Inc.
